Gli Impressionisti a Catania

Art, the exhibition of Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec arrives at the Palace of Culture. The artistic atmospheres of the Belle Epoque arrive in the city. At the Palazzo della Cultura in Catania, from 3 February to 3 June, 170 works by Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec will be exhibited. Set up in the spaces of the fifteenth century Palazzo Platamone, "Toulouse-Lautrec La belle époque" is curated by Stefano Zuffi. 
After the art of Marc Chagall at Castello Ursino, Vivian Maier at the Puglisi Cosentino Foundation and Cornelis Escher in the same Palazzo della Cultura, Catania opens the new year with a new major exhibition. Posters and prints, but not only.
The exhibition itinerary collects a wide selection of drawings, watercolors, illustrations and photographs. Among the most famous works on display in color lithographs such as Jane Avril of 1893, advertising posters such as "The Passenger of the 54" booth of 1895 and Aristide Bruant in his cabaret of 1893, illustrations for newspapers such as La Revue blanche of 1895
